This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages including subjective personal inconvenience, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Utilization of this website is undertaken at your own risk and is a voluntary agreement that your access and use hereof are subject to the terms and conditions in this legal notice along with all policies on this which may change at any time without notice. By using our website and placing orders you are agreeing to the terms of service and policy. Signature Furnishings & Gifts has the right to refuse service and sales should the buyer not agree to, dispute or challenge the Terms of Service. Any unforeseen circumstances; has the right to alter this policy at anytime and special terms can be implemented when there is no additional liability created for Signature Furnishings & Gifts and the customer agrees to any amended terms. In the event the customer does not agree to the amended terms, the policy is enforced in the original terms outlined.

There is a link at the top of each page labeled "About Us” that includes the Terms of Service policy for the purchases, shipping, returns and conditions of our website. This link will give the user access to the stated store policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this website.

Signature Furnishings & Gifts reserves the right to change the content of this website without notice, and is not responsible for incorrect ads or misprints, including pricing errors. Manufacturers pricing changes require a price change on the website and are updated as soon as possible. In the event that pricing has changed before an item(s) are updated on the website, the customer will be notified before processing and will have the option of proceeding or canceling the order. Signature Furnishings & Gifts will never increase the price of a mispriced item after the sale for the sole purpose of misleading a customer or using a tactic to increase the sale of said item.

Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Signature Furnishings & Gifts reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. This includes mispriced items out of human error. Verification and review of an order may be required prior to the acceptance and processing of any order.

*FREE Standard Shipping
We are currently offering free shipping on "standard size" UPS and FedEx shippable orders (or like standard carriers) placed within the 48 continental United States. Some restrictions apply to select product lines. (Please see "Free Shipping Exclusions" below). Many products are oversize and overweight and ship via Freight Truck and are considered "non standard shipping". Customers placing orders that are "non standard shipping" and are shipped via "Freight Truck" will be contacted regarding shipping charges BEFORE the order is processed and BEFORE the Credit Card is charged. Customers living in Alaska or Hawaii placing orders will be contacted on ALL products ordered, "standard" or "Freight Truck", regarding shipping charges BEFORE the order is processed and BEFORE the Credit Card is charged. Other orders placed outside of the continental US will have shipping charges added accordingly. International orders will be reviewed on an individual basis. NOTE: It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay duty fees and all other fees associated with an International order.

Free Shipping Exclusions
Many of our items have "call for freight". These items are over-sized and do not qualify for our FREE standard UPS, FedEx or like type carrier service. Unlike some manufacturers that build in a flat rate cost for Freight Truck products, we evaluate and try to pass on the minimal cost for these items. Please contact us and we will get you the very best price available on items labeled as "call for freight". We need your zip code to maximize your savings. Note: Signature Furnishings & Gifts will make every attempt to help pay for some of your over-sized Freight Truck costs-call or email us.

Signature Furnishings & Gifts pays for standard shipping to the customer. If an order is returned for any reason, with the exception of craftsmanship quality or breakage during the shipping process, the customer is responsible for the original cost of shipping AND the cost of return shipping. Many of our manufacturers may have items in stock that are finished after the order is places, therefore, these items are considered semi-custom or "made to order" products. Please choose your items carefully. Any item that arrives broken, damaged or has obvious flawed craftsmanship, will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If an item is damaged in the shipping or freight process and the customer refuses a replacement, a restocking fee and shipping costs will apply.

NOTE: Damaged Deliveries-Please inspect your item(s) carefully upon delivery. Damaged items that have been signed for by the customer as being in an acceptable condition are non-returnable. In the event of front porch delivery or of like delivery and a signature is not required, contact the freight company and contact to report the damaged freight. All damaged freight should be reported within two business days. If you have placed an order and delivery is expected please arrange for someone to accept the delivery or be available for contact. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all shipments, including Freight Truck deliveries PRIOR to signing off. Damaged items that have been signed for by the customer as being in an acceptable condition are non-returnable. In addition, please note that we cannot be held responsible for missing deliveries once FedEx, USPS, UPS or other like carrier indicates that the shipment has been delivered.

Shipping Time
Please allow approximately 1-3 weeks for shipping. Most items ship approximately within 4-10 business days. Shipping time depends on availability of stock on item, and whether or not the item is made to order or requires additional finishing prior to completion. If an item requires additional manufacturing lead time to process, customer will be notified. Please inquire if you have special delivery or shipping needs. Manufacturers vary in the Holidays they recognize and vary with their shipping schedules. We do not have a guaranteed shipping schedule.


Returns
Signature Furnishings & Gifts is proactive in fairness to our customers. Only authorized returns will be accepted. We will accept returns that have not been damaged, AND are in a re-sellable perfect condition and are not custom or made to order items, this includes items that are in stock but require an additional finishing process. Personalized, semi-custom and any special ordered items cannot be returned for a refund. Restocking fees do apply and vary from one manufacturer to the other, so please inquire of the restocking fee prior to purchase. A credit will be given when the item has been received by the manufacturer. Items that are returned broken will not receive a credit. Returns are limited to 10 days post delivery.

If a return or exchange is requested and granted, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and insuring or discuss with the carrier the option to insure for return delivery to the manufacturer. Any item return shipped that arrives broken will not receive a credit. (The exception is when the manufacturer has agreed to provide a call tag for pick up due to damaged item(s) on the initial delivery or a product defect has been determined).

Any unforeseen circumstances; Manufacturers will at times make an exception based on unforeseen circumstances. When one of our manufacturers makes a change in their policy under this provision, Signature Furnishings & Gifts has the right to alter this policy at anytime and special terms can be implemented when there is no additional liability created for Signature Furnishings & Gifts and the customer agrees to any amended terms. In the event the customer does not agree to the amended terms, the policy is enforced in the original terms outlined.

Restocking Fee
Our Manufacturers charge a restocking fee. The customer (buyer) is responsible for a restocking fee for approved returns and the cost of return shipping. The restocking fee varies depending on the manufacturer, so please inquire about the restocking fee prior to purchase. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost originally paid by Signature  Furnishings & Gifts if the item is returned.

Brands Excluded from Returns: No returns, except in the event of damaged or defective items, all products will be replaced if damaged, defective or damaged during the shipping process to the customer.

Clearance Items: Clearance items are sold as is and are not subject to return, except for damaged or defective merchandise.

Canceled Orders
At our discretion a 15% process cancellation fee may apply to orders canceled that have already been placed for processing. There will be no "Buy Back Guarantee" for personalized, custom, semi-custom or made to order items. If the buyer has any questions about products or manufacturer brands that are returnable, please email or call.

NOTE: Please contact beth@signaturefurnishings.org for return authorization procedures. Any unauthorized returns that incur incorrect shipping logistics will be at the expense of the buyer. There is a qualitative return process in place and must not be circumvented.
